•From the ground up, created a framework for an online learning and leadership program, developed and implemented final product scaling to twelve learning designs, and in two years grew engagement in the initiative from 300 to 3500 annual participations. 95% of users rated the program as valuable or extremely valuable.
•Scaled programs and increased impact by creating and implementing protocols for instructional design, course management, curriculum, learning systems, technology, and registration processes.
•Established high-quality and consistent learning programs by building and implementing best practices to lead, recruit, train, develop, supervise, and coach a team of diverse and geographically dispersed instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs).
