How to Find a DOI
This video was part of a series of "in two minutes" instructional videos. The brief videos were placed strategically within learners' work environment in the learning management system. As performance support, by preventatively answering frequently asked questions, they helped learners accomplish tasks in less time and increased staff efficiency.
LMS Navigation
A three-minute video to help new users learn to navigate a new learning management system (LMS). The LMS was basic and many users had never used an LMS before.
Project Marketing
This promotional video was used in campus presentations to draw attention to a READ poster campaign. The goal of the campaign was to bring the community together around the library and promote the library as a campus-wide community space and service.
Virtual Orientation
This welcome and orientation video was for graduate students in an online program. Students lived all over the world. The goal of the video was to teach students how to navigate their library portal and also feel seen and connected to the university.
