Background 
 

I create and lead for educational institutions with a focus on growth, innovation, equity, and community. I'm passionate about learning design, relationship building, and equitable opportunities for success. I'm dedicated to an authentic and participatory management style, experienced in fiscal management, and skilled in the development of collaborative relationships. Some of my areas of proficiency include: online and onground learner-centered instruction, educational technology, instructional design, professional learning design and development, open educational resources, higher education environments, instructor development, visual design, audio design, learning management systems, podcast production, research, and assessment and evaluation. I'm committed to helping others learn, grow, and reach their goals. I believe in proactively including and welcoming all students and guests into educational environments.

Develop new and innovative learning designs. Develop a set of protocols and best practices for identified learning designs. Recruit, train, support, and evaluate professional learning facilitators, course instructors, and content developers. Manage organization's learning management system and professional learning webpages. Co-produce the organization's podcast. Design online learning structure and formats.
